Originally from New York, Jess has embraced the rich culture of Hawaii for the past decade. With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Hawaii Pacific University, she possesses a strong foundation in the sciences. Her academic journey continued with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northeastern University, where she honed skills in understanding and influencing behavior effectively. For over the past five years, Jess has been working with children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities from all over the island to provide high quality behavioral services.
In addition to her scientific and behavioral expertise, Jess is now working towards a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, blending her knowledge of the sciences and work with the community with strategic business acumen. One long term goal Jess is passionate about is improving the quality of life for teens and adults with disabilities, as well as the increasing homeless population. Jess is dedicated to learning more about the real estate world, making more connections, and improving the quality of our communities.

Her work primarily focuses on providing brief interventions for the houseless community, where she aims to foster resilience and empower individuals to navigate their challenges.
In addition to her fieldwork, she maintains an academic affiliation with youth in the local school districts, engaging in research on learning systems that promote well-being and emotional development. Brittny believes in the power of community and collaboration, and is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of those she serves. Brittny is thrilled to branch her work and studies out into the real estate industry.
